Le Grand Bleu aquatic centre offers aqua aerobics classes from Monday to Saturday morning. This activity combines relaxing in the pool with the benefits of physical activity. Immersed in water, you don’t feel your weight which makes all your movements easier. That doesn’t stop your muscles getting a workout thanks to the resistance of the water! Relaxed or energetic, aqua aerobics is a great outdoor sport for everyone at La Foa aquatic centre!
