It’s just like riding in the Wild West! Admire the landscapes of western New Caledonia on horseback.

In Popidéry on the Lebris Peninsula road, the Lasbleiz equestrian centre offers an authentic western horse riding experience. Cowboy hats, traditional saddles, badges, cowboy boots - it’s just like being in the Wild West. It’s a great experience.

As well as western riding lessons and competitions, Céline, your passionate guide, takes you on 3-hour trail rides to explore the beautiful scenery of this coastal location in La Foa. Start with 45 minutes in the quarry where you learn to gallop, then head out for a trail ride (2¼ hours) with a gallop. The horses, used to performing complicated figures, will enjoy the ride as much as you do!

Horse riding by reservation only.
Wear pants and closed-in shoes.
Equipment provided except for riding helmets for children under 18 which must be supplied by parents.
