Conduct, collect, and share tourism research and data through the Tourism Observatory to inform decision-making.

Provide training and support to international travel sellers to increase their knowledge of New Caledonia and encourage promotion to their clients.

Organise or support international events that enhance the attractiveness and reputation of the destination.

Advise, connect, and assist project developers, investors, and service providers with local and international networks.
