Pacific at Heart

Since 2010, Nouvelle-Calédonie Tourisme (NCT) and its partners have adopted a strong and consistent brand identity on the international stage: “New Caledonia, Pacific at its heart”.

An emblematic visual identity

This“New Caledonia, Pacific at its heart © ” brand is based on three essential graphic pillars:

  • The Heart of Voh, the iconic symbol of the archipelago,
  • A blue-green palette evoking the lagoon and luxuriant nature,
  • motifs inspired by Kanak art, underlining the unique cultural roots of the destination.

Recognised by the general public and tourism professionals through numerous campaigns, this visual identity is now used on all of NCT’s communication media, as well as those of some of its partners wishing to promote their links with the destination.

5 geotourism regions

NCT’s visual identity is also based on a non-administrative geotourism division, designed to highlight and popularise the richness and diversity of the region’s tourism between Nouméa, the Islands, the West Coast, the East Coast and the Grand Sud. Each of these five major regions has a dominant colour, emblematic landscapes and communication routes that are differentiated according to their specific tourist attractions.
