Isle of Pines Excursion
A traditional pirogue crossing of Upi Bay, followed by a forest walk and a lobster lunch on the beach at Le Méridien. This was unanimously voted the highlight of the trip.
Gala Dinner – “Paris So Chic” at Le Méridien Nouméa
An elegant evening with tricolour décor, a live French Cancan performance, and music by local DJ Janice. The evening ended on a high note with a standing ovation.
