An elegant evening with tricolour décor, a live French Cancan performance, and music by local DJ Janice. The evening ended on a high note with a standing ovation.

Wine & Cheese Tasting at Le Chai de l’Hippodrome
A refined, intimate evening pairing wines with fine cheeses in a cellar-inspired setting decorated with barrels and wine-themed artworks. Chic, original, and unanimously praised by participants.
Nouméa City Tour
Including a colourful stop at the bustling Moselle Market followed by a guided visit to the Tjibaou Cultural Centre, offering participants an authentic glimpse into Kanak culture and contemporary New Caledonia.
