Give your dreams wings by booking yourself on a pilot training course and taking to the skies!
New Caledonia's flying enthusiasts and budding pilots should head straight to Magenta Airport, where the Aéroclub Calédonien H. Martinet holds its pilot training. It’s the perfect way to see New Caledonia's land and lagoon from a totally different perspective! There’s nothing more spectacular than flying over the vast red earth of the South and the turquoise water dotted with tiny islands.
The club has eight aeroplanes: two Cessna 152s, two Tecnam P2008s, one Cessna 172, one Piper PA28 and two Tobago TB10s. It has 227 members and 8 instructors. It's also the only organisation providing PPL (private pilot licence) and LAPL (light aircraft pilot licence) training.
