Experience an incredible adrenaline rush on an unforgettable parachute jump with breathtaking views of the lagoon!
Nouméa Skydive offers freefall tandem skydives for beginners and advanced courses in Nouméa and Poé. The staff are all state-certified sports instructors (BEES) and professional parachutists (DAC) and will do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and at ease. After a few minutes on the ground reviewing safety, you will take a short 20-minute flight to an altitude of 3,000 metres. The islands, turquoise lagoon, bays, barrier reef and mountain peaks below are already very impressive. Your freefall attached to your instructor will last between 30 and 40 seconds as you travel at 200 km/h. Once the parachute deploys at 1,500 metres, you can enjoy the last few minutes of the descent, even taking control of the canopy if you want. Adrenaline rush guaranteed! The instructor will then take over to ensure a safe landing.
The skydiving school offers PAC (accompanied freefall) courses to teach you to eventually jump on your own.
The jump lasts an hour but you need to allow a half-day to work around any unfavourable weather conditions.
Anyone over the age of 60 must provide a medical certificate.
Consent from both parents is required for minors.
Minimum weight: 40 kg - Maximum weight: 100 kg
No scuba diving in the 24 hours preceding the jump.
