Rely on a local network of experienced professionals for greater efficiency and peace of mind. In New Caledonia, Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and event agencies coordinate every aspect of your project, however complex. They will help you select and organise technical service providers (caterers, audiovisual, transport), tourist services (hotels, activities) and multilingual support staff (guides, interpreters), to ensure a smooth and professional welcome for your participants.

Create Your Ideal MICE Event
in the heart of the PacificSupport
by the right service providersSelect regions
tailored to your needsThanks to the diversity of its tourist attractions and facilities, New Caledonia can accommodate a wide range of MICE formats and objectives. Simply choose the region or regions that match the size of your group and your areas of interest:
- Greater Nouméa: The capital is ideally suited to congresses, urban seminars and large events with up to 500 participants, with centralised logistics (congress centres, business hotels, cultural venues). It also offers a wide choice of seaside activities (islets, beaches, etc.) and day trips.
- La Brousse: Just a few hours’ drive from Nouméa, Grande Terre lends itself to nature-based team-building, business retreats or immersive incentives with tribes or bush people. While Bourail can easily accommodate 150 to 200 people, the other areas are ideal for smaller groups of around 50 participants.
- The Islands: Less than 40 minutes’ flight away, the Loyalty Islands and theÎle des Pins offer a top-of-the-range, confidential and exotic setting. Set on the shores of a paradise lagoon, they are ideal for groups of around thirty people.
