Dispatch and Delivery of Prizes
The conditions for dispatching and delivering prizes are governed by the carriers and service providers used, under their sole responsibility. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, theft or damage occurring during shipment.
If a winner fails to collect or accept their prize (for example, a parcel retained at a post office or pick-up point and not collected in time), the prize will be considered forfeited by that winner. The prize will then be returned to the Organizer and may be disposed of freely, without any compensation being owed.
For digital prizes such as e-vouchers or digital gift cards, the prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner when entering the Game or when confirming their details. The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of an error in the email address supplied by the winner, technical problems affecting the winner’s email inbox or spam filters, or any delay in the winner consulting the email. Once the email containing the digital prize has been sent to the declared address, the prize shall be deemed to have been duly awarded.
The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to replace any announced prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
If a winner does not wish or is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to enjoy all or part of their prize under the conditions described in these Rules, they shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize, without being entitled to any compensation or alternative.
Article 6 – Selection and Notification of Winners
The winning instants that trigger the allocation of an Instant Win prize are randomly predetermined and are “open”.
A participant who plays at the exact winning instant (date, hour, minute and second according to the Game server) will be declared the winner of the corresponding prize. If no participant plays at the exact winning instant, the first participant to play after that instant will be declared the winner.
The other winners will be designated within 15 days following the end of the Game Period. Winners will be notified by email sent to the email address provided when entering the Game. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize and, where relevant, provide or confirm their postal address within 30 days from receipt of the notification email. Failure to respond within this period will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, which may then be reallocated or cancelled at the Organizer’s discretion.
Only one prize may be awarded per person (same name and same postal address) for the entire Game.
Article 7 – Force Majeure, Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer shall not be held liable if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and/or a force majeure event (such as natural disaster, pandemic, governmental restrictions, major technical failure, etc.), the Game is shortened, extended, modified, postponed or cancelled. In such circumstances, no compensation shall be owed to participants.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical malfunction, bug or other problem that may affect the proper conduct of the Game or the designation of winners, where such malfunction is not directly and exclusively attributable to the Organizer.
The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of theft, misdelivery of mail, or damage to prizes by postal services.
Article 8 – Publicity and Use of Winners’ Details
By participating in the Game, each winner authorises the Organizer to use their first name, last name and country or city of residence, for up to 12 months following the end of the Game, in any communication or promotional material related to the Game (including on the Game website and the Organizer’s digital channels), without any additional remuneration or compensation other than the award of the prize. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the Game, use automated participation systems, exploit a bug or anomaly, or more generally breach the fairness and integrity of the Game, will result in immediate and definitive disqualification of the participant, without prejudice to any legal action that the Organizer may bring.
Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
