Le Roof
spectacular views and 'haute cuisine'Located at the end of the pier and perched on stilts, Le Roof is the ideal location if you enjoy breathtaking views. Whether lunch in the sunshine or dinner lit up by a colourful sunset, this restaurant offers an idyllic setting.
Le Roof offers local Caledonian produce, including seafood, the house speciality. We particularly enjoyed the attentive service and the delicious chocolate fondant, the perfect sweet note to end the meal.
Marmite et Tire-Bouchon

This restaurant is also famous for its wine cellar displayed behind glass walls. With a wide selection of wines, from classics to small producer discoveries, the cellar is the vibrant heart of Marmite et Tire-Bouchon, promising an enologicalexperience as rich as the palette of flavours each dish offers.

Overlooking the stunning Baie des Citrons, this sunny spot is perfect for relishing a late breakfast or brunch, and offers a varied selection of coffee, fresh juices and home-made smoothies that will wake you up more gently than the morning breeze.
Lemon Bay Café also won us over with its decor, which echoes an Australian trendy café style. The portions are generous, the flavours unfold, and every bite is a joy.

On our last visit, Steven opted for the parrot fish accompanied by coconut rice: delicious! Created to ensure fast service without compromising on the quality of the ingredients, which are all fresh and well-selected.
Only open for lunch, Le Pandanus is ideal if you want to treat yourself to tasty and balanced food between activities. It offers a wonderful insight into the country’s cuisine, and every bite draws you in to the soul of New Caledonia.
