Combine beautiful surroundings, relaxation and deep core work with an introduction to stand-up paddleboarding at Kuendu beach!

Discover the bay of Noumea’s Kuendu beach and learn to stand on your board! Stand-up paddleboarding is a gentle and complete sport and a great way to get around beautiful sites on the water. Stand-up paddle boarding (or SUP) consists of rowing standing on a large board. You only need one introductory lesson to learn to keep your balance on your knees and then on both feet.

And if you want to try variations, the club also offers sessions in yoga paddle and SUP polo!
