Enjoy your first supervised scuba experience, learn the basics and gently discover the lagoon’s vibrant marine life.
This 2-dive introduction helps you get comfortable underwater and learn the essentials: equipment, communication, safety and your first scuba sensations. You’ll explore the reef and its wildlife — tropical fish, colourful corals, turtles and sometimes reef sharks.
Two formats are available depending on what you’re after:
- an “Anglo-style” introduction, with two dives up to 12 metres and a few first skills (e.g. clearing your mask underwater);
- a “classic” try dive, one-on-one with your instructor, to a maximum depth of 6 metres.
Iatok stands out by having everyone dive on nitrox: 100% nitrox, for greater comfort and safety.
