La Guinguette

A small, intimate bistro to discover in the Latin Quarter, very close to the city centre of Nouméa. In addition to its perfect location between the Moselle port, the Place des Cocotiers and the southern districts of the New Caledonian capital, La Guinguette also features stylish decoration, fresh cuisine with a menu that changes every day, and a friendly welcome. The menu is creative, Mediterranean in influence, with good fresh produce. The desserts are refined and delicious, like the Millefeuille with corn cream, and the salted butter caramel.

Finally, we also come to La Guinguette for its colourful brunches, with pancakes, muesli, eggs cooked however you like, and cappuccinos (plant-based milk available). A great spot that’s going from success to success!
