For the pleasure of your taste buds, the restaurant of the Nouvata hotel, L'Équilibre, offers you its "all-you-can-eat buffet" with morning, midday, and evening set menus in an idyllic setting facing the sea or on the terrace facing the garden and the hotel swimming pool. Friday evenings are enlivened by a dinner show representing the charms of Polynesia and the dishes of the sea. Every Saturday evening, the restaurant offers a culinary journey with various themed buffets (French and European cuisine). The hotel bar, which adjoins the restaurant, is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif or prolong the evening in a cheerful atmosphere with a variety of themed evenings (karaoke, tango, swing).
