The chef of the restaurant and his staff, led by the ATITI family, the warm-hearted owners, give themselves the challenge every day of making the most of the fresh products of the region. You will enjoy: seafood platters, bougnas, roasted quails, sweet potato fries, octopus salads, giant clam salads, coconut sweets, mango delights…and many other suggestions from the chef. The cuisine is offered on site or to take away... enough to savour good meals during your expedition to the Deep South.

Following government announcements and the resulting health measures, the Kâ-Mâ Restaurant of the Kanua Tera Ecolodge has adapted its opening hours. It currently offers 2 services from Monday to Friday at noon from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and in the evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on site or to take away and only from the "snacking" menu.
