The Swimrun Volvic Yaté is a unique challenge combining swimming and running in pairs amidst the spectacular landscapes of the Grand Sud. An intense and fun competition for adventurers ready to push their limits!
The Swimrun Volvic 2026 is a major sporting event organized by the Dynamik NC association, which will take place at Yaté Lake, an iconic site for the discipline in New Caledonia. After two successful editions, the event returns in 2026 with a full offering of four races:
- the Swimrun XL (42.2 km),
- the Swimrun L (21.1 km),
- the Swimrun S (10.8 km),
- and the Swimrun Kids, designed for younger participants.
These races combine running and swimming sections in natural settings, inviting participants to push their limits amidst a spectacular landscape blending lake, forest, and mountains, with breathtaking views that make Yaté Lake renowned.

Swimrun Volvic caters both to seasoned athletes and those wishing to discover this sport, with formats suitable for all levels, including a solo race for category M and duo events for the XL and L distances.

A historic partner since the first edition, Volvic actively supports this unique sporting adventure in New Caledonia. The event is a must-attend for the local community and swimrun enthusiasts eager to experience an endurance challenge that combines nature, sport, and camaraderie.
