After spending more than 15 years perfecting its artisan smallgoods in mainland France, Au Petit Saint-Antoine looks forward to introducing you to its traditional charcuterie adapted to local tastes. At his stall, you can find delicious catering specialities made from pork, duck, and venison, as well as local meats, be they dried, smoked, cooked, or confits.
