The Isle of Pines’ many bays have built a strong reputation around the world. Kuto Bay is definitely the one you will see first when you arrive on the island, whether by the Betico ferry or by plane. This huge stretch of powdery sand is a magnificent sight, set between the clear lagoon and the coconut palms. You can walk along it, jog along it, swim off it and look out for the turtles that often lift their heads out of the water. The Kou-Bougny hotel and restaurant has a terrace overlooking the beach, where you can enjoy a stunning sunset. Most of the boat excursions to Brush and Moro islands also depart from here.

Kuto beach is separated from Kanumera beach by a narrow strip of land. So it’s very easy to get from one to the other.
