  • A very difficult trail with magnificent views of the range and the lagoon that will lead you to the Houé baths for a well-deserved refreshing stop.

  • This 18.8 km trail is very difficult and starts on a wide track and climbs steadily to the landmark #7, with its breathtaking view of the Dogny plateau and Sarraméa.
    You will then go along the park boundaries and drive through the forest until you reach landmark 14 where you turn right to the Ravaux pass. After the small descent from the pass, the trail winds downhill through the wet forest. You will cross the Houé river at the Bains de la Houé before finding the wide trail that will bring...

  • Departure
    Farino
  • From Nouméa, take the R.T. 1 towards the North West. Go past the village of La Foa. Then turn right to take the direction of Canala on the R.P.5. Follow it for about 1250 m and fork towards the village of Farino. Go past the town hall to the northwest, then at 220 m turn right (V.U.2). Go down into the Farino river valley. 550 m further on turn right on the bridge (R.M.22) and join the PGF reception (good dirt track).
